Lisa Armstrong has worked in the cosmetic industry for over 25 years. As a teen, “dabbling” in makeup and trying to duplicate the look of the models in the magazines was a fun challenge, one that came easily. Upon completing college, Lisa answered an ad for a cosmetic sales position, a perfect fit, and needless to say a summer job lasted 4 years and a career in cosmetics had begun!
Lisa has worked as a makeup artist and account executive in the Central Florida area for such companies as Cardeaux Faceworks, Estee Lauder and most recently Cara Cosmetics. A strong background in both the business and creative side of cosmetics gives Lisa a well-rounded edge. In addition to working as a freelance makeup artist, Lisa is a natural born trainer and instructs the Image development students at Lisa Maile Image, Modeling and Acting School in proper skin care practices as well as basic and advanced makeup techniques. “ I truly love teaching the young girls and sharing with them the knowledge I have acquired over the years. It’s so important to have a healthy complexion and to allow your own makeup style to develop”.
Lisa specializes in a clean, fresh and beautiful makeup that brings out each individual’s own natural beauty. “My passion to enhance a woman’s inner and outer beauty. This is a goal I strive for. My background in makeup training and my years of hands on experience really helps me focus on giving my client a look of confidence and happiness”.
