Through our IMAGE & CONFIDENCE DEVELOPMENT program and by working with Lisa as a private coach, hundreds of successful graduates have won titles and over a million dollars in scholarship awards.

“My goal”, says Founder Lisa Maile, “is to help our students preparing for pageants feel so comfortable in the interview, they welcome this most important area of competition, as to win, you must establish a bond here and get the judges to like you. I love helping students to know themselves & their unique strengths so well, they really enjoy their personal ‘soft sell’, letting the judges know how prepared they are for the crown. I also enjoy teaching how to appear truly ‘natural’ on stage in walking, talking and talent presentations. And lastly, my objective for pageant contestants is to appear as the same person in their private interview as on stage: a very natural, energetic, positive, friendly, sharp, hard-working, giving individual whose confidence and drive not only motivates those around her, but also puts everyone at ease. Through practicing here, videotaping and performing in the classes, it’s easy to develop the ability to project these impressive qualities, which again are qualities that will work for our graduates forever”.
