Children's Programs
The Maile School offers programs for children ages 4-6 and 7-10 years.  All programs feature on camera training and building self confidence.

Our Curriculum



CHILDREN’S ACTING: AGES 4 TO 6 YEARS:
This program is geared towards non readers.  Students work on age appropriate commercials, improvisation, following directions, emotions, creativity exercises and building self confidence.  All students create a DVD demo of their final performance.



CHILDREN’S MODELING: AGES 6 TO 10 YEARS:
This program covers topics such as proper introductions, runway, commercials, public speaking, beginning etiquette, on camera communication, and interviewing skills. All students participate in an individual photography session which includes a complimentary starter headshot and will create a DVD demo during their final class.


CHILDREN’S ACTING: AGES 7 TO 10 YEARS:
This program trains in commercials, cold reads, auditioning techniques, interviewing skills, and working with partners and props.  All students create a DVD demo of their work.


ADVANCED LEVEL PROGRAMS AND PRIVATE COACHING AVAILABLE!!

THE ABOVE CLASSES INCLUDE A “FREE” PARENTING SEMINAR ON BREAKING INTO THE INDUSTRY. THIS SEMINAR FOCUSES ON HEADSHOTS, RESUMES, GETTING AN AGENT, COVERLETTERS, SCREEN ACTORS ACTORS GUILD, UNTRUSTWORTHY AGENTS/MODELING COMPANIES/MODEL SEARCHES AND GETTING JOBS, PLUS SO MUCH MORE!!!!!!
