Vincent Hits the Big
Screen
Maile acting
graduate Vincent Martella is one busy actor! The 16
year old recently filmed the newly released movie Role Models, starring
Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott. Role Models opened in theaters this
past November.
His character, Artonius,
interacts with his co-stars throughout the film in a medieval role-play event.
Vincent grew up in DeLand Florida and now lives in Los Angeles where the
teen actor plays Greg on Everybody Hates Chris, which is in its fourth
season at 8 p.m. on Friday nights. The cast has completed 22 episodes and is
waiting to hear if there will be a fifth season.
He is also the lead role Phineas
in Disney’s animated hit series Phineas and
Ferb. This
show was nominated for two Emmy Awards and made broadcast history with a record
of 10.8 million viewers.
Other credits include the made for TV film, Baitshop,
starring Bill Engvall and Billy Ray Cyrus. He played the lead role of Scott in the film
which was released September 2008 on the

The Schnacky
graduates have been busy, busy, busy.
Noah was cast in the lead role of Jem in the
Theatre Downtown's 6 week run of To Kill A Mockingbird and will continue
with Director, Frank Hilgenberg, in the role of Young
Scrooge for this Holiday Season's A Christmas Carole. He has also
recently completed the Independent film Check, Please, a romantic comedy
about bad blind dates, where he portrays Todd as a teen. Finally, he wrapped the UCF Film Gone to
the Moon, where he played the bully, Neil, a part that was specifically
written into the film for him, after his audition with Director, Corey
Frost.
Allison Schnacky
was selected to play the role of Bombulurina, in the
Orlando Youth Theatre's Production of the Broadway musical CATS, running
December 5th and 6th. Allie was also
chosen to portray Ruthie in the Kids Beating Cancer American Girl Fashion
Show.

Professional
Modeling graduate Amy Hicks completed her training in 2004. She now considers
herself a full time working model and actress. She landed commercials for Amscot, Bright House, WKMG Local 6, and Universal Studios.
She booked a principal role in another commercial for Oticon
(a company that produces hearing aids). She also shot an industrial video for
Disney which will be used as a DVD video brochure promoting timeshares. Amy
stays busy presenting seminars for her youth mentorship program called “Believe

Graduate Anne Marie Aksell
has booked the role of Cheffona Kitchens as a series
regular in the new kids television comedic episode of "The Chefsters". "The Chefsters"
series is a healthy cooking show by kids, for kids. It promotes healthy
eating habits, organic foods and basic cooking skills to our younger
generation. Cheffona adds the nutrition, health
and cooking expertise with her serious viewpoints. When her friends crave
junk food, she issues a Chefsters Challenge, meaning
that they must first exercise away the junk food calories before eating it.
Anne Marie will film the 13 episodes
in Apopka,

Delaney Daly, is a graduate of our On Camera
Teen Acting program and is a current student in the Advanced Teen Acting. She has been cast as the part of nerdy girl
in the new Joey Page video for the song Girl Who Understands Me. The
video shot in late November. Be on the look out for the video which will air on
the Disney channel this December.

Valerie
Grant earned a degree in Music and Theatre from the prestigious, Indiana
University, in Bloomington,
She continued studying in voice, dance and acting in
Valerie has performed in numerous soap
operas in New York and LA including: The Bold and the Beautiful, The
Young and the Restless, Another World, Search For Tomorrow, As
The World Turns, and The Guiding Light. In addition to her
performances on soap operas, Valerie’s interest in the technical and writing
aspects of the entertainment industry, have led her to create and write her own
soap opera, Southern Obsessions, as well as several sitcoms.
Valerie performed on local shows such as: Welcome
Freshman, Keenan and Kel, The Mickey
Mouse Club, Superboy, Kid’s Korner, and numerous commercials for
Yamaha, Universal Studios, Disney, Steak and Ale, and Time Life Books
to name a few. Valerie currently sits on the National Council for Actors’
Equity Association and is a Tony voter.

to Care is a 40 –bed, not for profit respite center dedicated to providing
health, housing and hope to Central Florida’s most vulnerable homeless,
providing short term recuperative care an support for homeless adults in need
of temporary housing in order to recover from an acute medical illness or injury.
The
