Welcome, Sheri Kebbel!

Sheri Kebbel knows a lot about the entertainment industry!  She and her family have lived in Winter Park for 21 years, and during that time she managed all three of her children’s careers for commercial, film, TV and print work.  If her last name sounds familiar, it’s because she’s the mother of April cover girl, Arielle Kebbel.  When Arielle’s career started to take off, Sheri knew exactly the right time to head to LA.  Arielle immediately attained representation with an agency and manager, which quickly resulted in the reoccurring role of Lindsay on the hit show, Gilmore Girls.  Since then she has major roles in several projects including the hit movie, Aquamarine, and the upcoming film, John Tucker Must Die.  Arielle recently signed with Endeavor Talent Agency in Beverly Hills.

Sheri’s oldest daughter, Julia, also works in the entertainment industry.  Julia works in Beverly Hills for New Line Cinema, marketing their films internationally.   Back in Winter Park, Sheri’s son, Christian, is a junior at Winter Park High School.  Although he is a talented actor (he frequently performs at the Ice House Theatre in Mt. Dora), Christian has decided to pursue medicine once he graduates.

Sheri is the owner and president of her own Talent Development & Management Company in Winter Park.  She not only has hands on experience in the industry, but she also has a degree in education.  Sheri loves working with children and teens, preparing them to work professionally in the entertainment business.  Sheri will be bringing her knowledge of the industry into our classrooms, teaching our Children’s 7-10 year old Acting Program.  Sheri is also available as a private coach at the school!  Welcome to the school, Sheri!

Brittany McDaniel

Brittany McDaniel was selected as one of seven finalists in the Colgate Country Showdown!  Congratulations, Brittany!  The finalists will perform at Lake Eola on July 4th from 5-7pm during the city’s Fireworks at the Fountain celebration.  Although Brittany was youngest contestant, she certainly gave the older contestants a run for their money!  The event on the 4th is free to the public and will also feature the city’s fireworks display at 9:15pm. The city is expecting 50,000-100,000 people to show for this event! One winner will be selected to go on to the state competition later this year. Good luck, Brittany! We’re so proud of you!

Words of Wisdom from

School President, Debbie Wisner

“If you doubt you can accomplish something, then you can’t accomplish it.  You have to have confidence in your abilities, and then be tough enough to follow through!”
